Abstract
This paper analyzes linkages between mentor leadership behaviors, protege’s perception of the mentoring and job related stress. It’s main benefit to our group’s study was its negative relationship on job related stress. Annotated bibliographies about team management from the Weatherhead School of Management Executive MBA Class of 2007.
