Abstract

A key-encoding sheet has been designed for collecting raw data for subsequent card punching. This report consists of guidelines to correctly identify source data and transcribe the same on that key-encoding sheet. Location of source data has been categorized for convenience and is given against each field of the key encoding sheet. Also specifications are given on how to enter data on the key-encoding sheet.
