Abstract

This paper reviews the many facets of management's responsibility to assure quality of product and to enhance corporate productivity. In a systematic way, the paper shows the similarities and interdependencies between most if not all issues involving quality assurance and productivity at all levels of corporate management and in most of its functional areas.
