Abstract
Entrepreneurship is having a major impact on this country's economy in terms of both job creation and capital appreciation. Published studies have demonstrated that there are several features common to the start-up of technology-based entrepreneurially oriented organizations. However, there is no evidence in the published literature on the subject of a network planning method being developed and applied to manage such ventures. This is in significant contrast to the widespread use of such planning methods in other areas of management to schedule and control complex projects. Based on the use of a systems approach, a project management method is developed and applied to the management of an entrepreneurially oriented innovative start-up company.
