Abstract

In this model of competitive business enterprise, all output is measured in physical units and is regarded as homogeneous. The product is produced by several firms (competitors) in their individual plants with uniform and constant technology. All the competitors have equal access to the market information which is complete and common to all; their individual action is based upon market anticipations and individual business behavior.
