Abstract

One frequent complaint of administrators of Business Decision Games has been the lack of computer-programmed routines for use in administering the games—routines which could calculate and print out reports such as Income Statements, Balance Sheets, and Summary Reports covering several simulated periods (such as an Annual Report) for the use of both the administrator and the participants. In addition, these routines could analyze the firms' results in order to facilitate the teaching or research aspects of the games. The purpose of the research described herein was to develop Fortran programs which will perform as indicated above. These programs are designed for use primarily with General Management Games, and will accommodate games with up to eight firms.
