Abstract
This report describes a series of experiments concerning an application of the Matrix Method of evaluating research tasks. An initial model is concerned with zero-one relationships, while the final model is concerned with weighted alternatives. Contributions from each task towards a set of objectives is determined. Applications of integer programming to allocation models is also discussed.
