This report analyzes parking permit and visitor parking demand to assess their impact on future parking facility plans at the University. Using statistical methods to identify trends and the DELPHI Method to estimate future demand, the study also incorporates questionnaire data to determine visitor destinations and compares Case Western Reserve University's parking availability and fees to peer institutions.
