Abstract
The East Cleveland Public Library has more functions than your typical library. On a tour of the library one would notice a job placement and education center along with a world class performing arts center. Having a baby? The library's Rock-a-bye-Book program has partnered with hospitals to provide new mothers with reading material for their newborns.
