Abstract
This paper develops mathematical equivalences of various types of countertrade transactions including those with single and multiproduct bundling by one or both sides. Under the assumption of Comparative Advantage it derives ranges for countertrade negotiation within which all parties profit. Lastly it proves that product bundling increases negotiating latitudes.
